What a wonderful world

 

This task was done by the class 2C of the secondary school in Valdaora-Olang. The pupils are 12 and 13 years old.

 

1) The pupils edit a video in which they explain why they think the world is beautiful.

2) Later the class makes a padlet with some photographs of their area (pupils decide what to show). With this activity the pupils want to show the most beautiful things in the place where they live.

3) As a last activity the pupils work at first individually: they have to write what their ideal world would be like. Later they split into groups of four people to discuss their ideas. Each group has to choose only four ideas and the teacher writes them on the board. The class discusses and there is a comparison on the different proposals.

The class creates a presentation with the results and with the most used words the pupils create a "word art".
